Wow! Amazing customer service! I called before hand to see if they had what I needed. Sam answered the phone promptly and the call was so friendly.
We ended up driving over as we’re camping out here and we were looking for floaties as we forgot ours 😂🤦🏽‍♀️

Sam was beyond incredible and so friendly, he made us feel So welcome. We even had conversation regarding our British roots. Such a lovely guy!

Small town with big selection, better than the edmonton big box stores, at least for what I was looking for. And as a perk, it helps support local businesses. BTW, you cannot get the same level of service at any of the other big chains that these guys offer. Very helpful staff and very friendly.

What a Welcome addition to our community of Smoky 🇨🇦 Lake and region. Great owners and staff who go above and beyond to meet or exceed customer expectations. Absolutely great prices and a huge selection. If they don't have it in Stock they will custom order your item. My hot water tank sprung a leak. No problem #SmokyLakeHomeHardware had it in stock and I picked it up in 10 minutes. Plumber had me up and running in no time. I love this Store. 🇨🇦

Very friendly staff, great clean store contents and very helpful staff.

The only quibble I have is that there is no ramp for easy access by patrons who are mobility challenged. There is a handrail to use getting up the four steps into the store, and the staff will bring you a shopping cart to walk around the store with.

As this is a small store in an older downtown part of smoky Lake, not all products that Home hardware carries are available on the shelves. They can order in stock to meet your need or suggest alternatives such as going to a Home building Center. All in all, a very useful and pleasant shopping experience.

I love to shop locally and the Smoky Lake Home Hardware always offers great customer service. I went in looking for a fountain pump which they didn't have in stock, however was informed I could order one which will arrive next week.
