Me and my family come here quite often for their food, the last 6 months the service for drinks and food has been horrible. Our table was completely dirty and when we asked for it to be cleaned she wiped 3 spots off the table and left the rest dirty. It takes over 30 minutes to get served a drink and get our orders taken. By the time we where served our first drinks we decided to order another because we knew it would take another half hour again, we where then told we where being put on a timeout. Not to mention it was not busy at all. I am a bartender in 2 bars in this county, im quiet aware of AGLC’s rules but it taking an hour to get 2 drinks is absolutely ridiculous. As a local and a reoccurring customer I unfortunately do not recommend this place unless you are just ordering out.

Always great dinner specials at noon. From chicken to Salisbury steaks,all day breakfasts,rib night Wednesday, fajitas Thursday night,great fish and chips and home made soups. Freindly,courteous staff. Always good food at a decent price. You just can't beat the selection, quality and prices at the Smoky Lake Inn. Daily noon specials Monday through Friday plus daily supper Specials 7 days a week. Check out their facebook or Instagram posts. And Great staff! A lot of great Entertaiment both indoors and weather permiting on the Great Outdoors Patio.
Open mike nights twice a month on thursday. Live bands.
One of the best places to eat in Smoky Lake. Try the daily specials, breakfast, noon and evening.
Todays T Bone Steak with choice of Soup, salad, choice of potatoe and steamed veggies was Delicious!
Kichen has extended hours for the summer.
Still have Open Mike nights 2 nd. and 4 th. thursdays. Phone ahead to check.

Like most people my wife and I came here for the food. We found it to be very good. We ate in the lounge and found the server to be friendly and helpful. We had the Fritou chicken 🍗 for dinner and really enjoyed it. The lounge area was nice and clean. The washroom was clean also. Prices are reasonable. We definitely will come back and recommend coming here. I have no comment about the hotel part.

I just stopped in for lunch, so I can't speak for the actual 'inn' portion. But I can tell you that the lunch I had was excellent! I got the western fried chicken and a carrot lava cake (with cream cheese filling). Both were absolutely delicious!! The chicken was crispy and juicy and the cake was moist and flavorful.

Also, though I didn't drink because I was driving, the very friendly waitor made a 'smoked old fashioned'. It was very cool to watch being made and it smelled amazing!

We ordered two salads and an order of wings for dinner. The salads were very disappointing, were missing advertised toppings like seeds, cheese, veggies, etc. My Mexican Salad only had jalapenos and tomatoes, that's it. The chicken was unspiced/no flavor and very small portion. Our salt and pepper wings had no flavor. Paid $60 for maybe $25 worth of food. Will not be eating there again as this was my third attempt, and I've complained each time.
