I recently used Smoky Lake Waste for a garbage bin rental and was thoroughly impressed with their service from start to finish. I was tackling a major barn cleanout, and I knew I needed a reliable and hassle-free solution for all the junk I was getting rid of.
From the moment I called to get a quote, the customer service was fantastic. Derek was patient, knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect bin size. They clearly explained the pricing, rental period, and what was and wasn't allowed in the bin, so there were no surprises.
The delivery was prompt, and the driver was incredibly skilled, placing the bin exactly where I wanted it on my driveway with no issues. The bin itself was clean and well maintained.
The pickup was just as smooth. I simply called them when I was done, and they arrived on schedule to haul everything away. The entire process was seamless and stress-free.
