Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Never even knew what authentic Chinese food was until I came here

It's the WAR WANTON that got me to have supper here. It's not salty like the other Chinese restaurants.
Service was alright.
The only thing was we had to wait for a long time for the hotpot to be served, and the steamed rice was cold.
One customer was asking before they left the restaurant if they gave out New Year's Calendars the response they got was "Too expensive. We don't hand those out. We save money that way"
So don't even ask if they have New Year Calendars at this restaurant.
If you see pictures posted it's day time and when we left it's dark out. We waited for a good hour for our hot pot.

What a gem of a find! Just moved to a rural location and good eating places are few and far between. Drove past this establishment on the way to the farmers market and decided to give it a go. Look past the tired decor. The food is great. When the server (wife of chef) recommends one dish of rice is enough for two; listen! The portions are huge. Freshly cooked and full of flavour I had chicken in black bean sauce and hubs had lemon chicken. He has a big appetite (desperate Dan would be jealous) so we ordered two plates of rice. Came home with a full bag of goodies. Anyway I can't say enough about the food here. We will be coming back.

This is the best Chinese place I have ever been to
Food is to die for Chinese food
We always order the special fried rice, lots of chicken chunks, shrimp, mushrooms
Pair that with 1/2 orders of your favorite sides is great for 2 people could feed more with the rice
Light fluffy rice is Awsome homemade sauces no MSG in any of there food

I got takeout here and they were hands down more accommodating and kind than the other Chinese restaurant in town. I appreciate their care in ensuring my experience was enjoyable.
(Also, the mushroom fried rice has great flavor)

Excellent Chinese food! Dry ribs were perfect, as was the war wonton soup. Will definitely be back
