Sian the woman doing our gas is friendly kind quick efficient and always has a smile. She recognizes us now and treats us almost lije family❤️we are seniors and appreciate that.

Seems like a nice store, but is there something wrong with the pumps? They were incredibly slow, everyone standing beside their cars looking around at each other and huge lines forming.

been sat at the “we serve you” pumps for 10 minutes and none of these lazy employees have come to pump my gas. how about DONT have a we serve you section if you’re not gonna serve me

Bought 5 liters in a 10 liter gas can. Level was 1/4 should be 1/2. Lady manager was condescending and rude. She said it must be the can! It's a red everyday 10 liter gas can. I asked her to measure the amount as it was witnessed by her employee. She said she is not obligated.
There are many reviews mentioning her...does anyone read them?
She was on today, May 24th 2024 @12 noon
If she is that rude to me, what are the workers going through.

Went in to get a co-op card, the lady with grey hair and glasses at the front desk laughed when I asked to set up an account and was extremely rude. Won’t be using co-op or setting up an account. Do better for your customers.

The woman with the glasses has a lot of tone in her voice for someone that works in customer service. Pretty ridiculous actually.
Also the bigger guy that says that's fine when you say you don't have a co-op has a pretty big mouth when he's talking to his co workers , about customers when they're leaving. I'm surprised he's smart enough to handle money

The Duncan location has been out of all gas except premium for almost a week now, every other business I've seen offers their customers the higher grade fuel for the lower price but not Coop apparently. luckily I had enough gas left today to leave when I saw this was still the case on my second visit. will be reconsidering my membership and weather they get my business in future. used to be an amazing family oriented business that catered to its customers and community but that persona isn't holding up these days. very unhappy. will start collecting optimum points at superstore gas bar instead.

Was charged an extra $5.00 kiosk fee when I went inside to prepay. Is this just an added expense or a penalty because I made an over estimation on how much gas I needed. If it's a charge everytime and I get less than $250 cash at the end of the year, it's just not worth it to get fuel at coop.
