I have dealt with Laura three times now. And each time she has been great. Only one time was a little uncomfortable but I think both she and I were having a bad day. The next time I saw her after that she was really great, super kind, professional and helpful. When I got my phone the man that helped was was also great at his job. No one likes having to go into the store talk to them. But the team there makes it comfortable and quick. Thank you guys for always being so great. 🤓

Excellent! I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. Clayton was very professional, knowledgable and my experience to set up my new Optik Internet service, took all of about 15 minutes after playing phone tag for over 2 months with the general contact route. Fantastic customer service with a live, personable human being, is still the best.

Aaron was amazing. I went in with a phone that quit working and said I need something right away, my son is going on a field trip, and he made it happen very efficiently and comfortably. I was in and out and completely set up. Very satisfied

Morgan, the Teus rep at Telus on Canada Avenue in Duncan, was very helpful.
Sold me a great package, wifi and tv, with a few seasonal perks, as part of the deal.
He gave some good tips as well.
I'm considering in a month or so changing this phone with his assistance.
