I have good experiences at this store. Today stood out though - it was a wonderful experience. I needed 16.5 meters of wax cloth to cover picnic tables at a local business. Not a small amount. Michelle who assisted me was outstanding! She was friendly, helpful,and patient. And smart too! Michelle had the brilliant idea to take a full 25 meter roll of the wax cloth that I needed, measure it, and cut off 8.5 meters opposed to measuring out the 16.5 m. It saved us both time and energy.

July 22nd I placed an order for home delivery at the Duncan location to Victoria.

Jackie (Jaquie?) and her team were amazing in providing clear communication every step of the way from the time my order was picked up by their store right to when the delivery company was 20 minutes away.

This was the first time I had experienced the local delivery and would highly recommend them and the exceptional customer service Jackie provided at Jysk Duncan. Affordable prices, quality, outstanding service are major reasons why I will continue to shop there.

We mentioned to Doug in our last visit we would be back to buy dressers. We went back today Doug recognized us and remembered not only that we were looking for dressers but which ones we were looking at and took time to answer questions bout another item we had purchased. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Thank you again Doug and we will be back.
