Bought a Tucson through Simon. Great guy who took all the time necessary for my partner to get comfortable with the vehicle, and also to answer my technical questions. He went out of his way to search out exactly what we wanted, and brought it in. Very pleased with his effort. Also Kim, the business manager, took extra time to carefully explain options for extended warranties, one of which we chose. These individuals were clear, transparent and extremely ethical in their approaches - a nice change which made this a quite enjoyable experience.

I bought a used car from Duncan Hyundai and the experience could not have been better. Simon was knowledgeable and friendly, and never pushy. Kim in finance was equally friendly and helpful. My vehicle was well priced and Duncan Hyundai had all the vehicle history on hand for me to review. Importantly, I came from the Vancouver area, so Simon and Kim helped set things up to make sure it was worth the trip, and also arranged things to minimize the trip duration. Great experience overall, and highly recommended. I will absolutely keep them in mind for future purchases.

Firstly I enjoyed being at the new and improved dealership, but to top it’s swanky new look we worked with Simon, who has been patient with us over the last year or so as we made this decision. He’s by no means a pushy Salesman.
