Wow, glad I stumbled upon this store. So many interesting knick knacks. From colourful balls, to incense. I love the crow statues looking down on you, and the clearance section was sweet too. I
I dare you not to leave without buying anything in this store ha ha.

This is one of my favourite little stores. Every time I’m in town me and the wife check it out. They sell the most amazing Ucluelet hoodies, hats, and t-shirts with amazing artwork. Super nice people.

Rude and unprofessional staff working July 22 afternoon/evening. Got mad we went down an aisle that was apparently "blocked off" by them putting a rack halfway into the aisle and a box. Then when I patiently stood at the counter with my items ready to pay, I could see the lady staff member was showing a customer something and obviously the staff member had seen me so I didn't press the bell as I find those to be a bit rude to press right away. The lady greeted me with "see that shiny bell right in front of you? You need to press it, we don't know when your ready." I told her that I'm good and that I'll pass on my purchases and my girlfriend and I walked out of the store not spending a penny. Other then that the staff we quite loud talking amongst each other, laughing obnoxiously and not once were we offered help. I highly don't recommend.

Spent over $500 in two days shopping in this store this past week. I needed to return two small items totalling $35 and I was rudely told by a young female employee that there were no refunds or exchanges. I was rather shocked! I told her I had been in over the past few days but dealt with someone else who was working. I told her I needed to return these two items and she said it wasn’t a problem. This woman who was so rude then just pointed to the sign in the store that there were no refunds or exchanges. She said I would have to come back and see the Manager when she was working which was in 4 days when of course I would have already left to go home as do most tourists. Possibly this is what they bank on. There was absolutely no reason for this employee to be so rude so buyer beware! You buy it there, you keep it!! No matter what!! She sure needs a good lesson in customer service because she certainly doesn’t know what customer service is! Send your staff to school to learn proper service skills and definitely teach them some manners!! I don’t think I’ve ever been talked to so rudely by a store employee. Perhaps it was mostly her immaturity although I think she really should have known better. She had been busy outside in her phone texting away while all the customers had full run of the store. They probably lost more than $35 in theft that day she was working as she sure watching the store!

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Service war unfreundlich und wenig hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einen Artikel gekauft, der bereits beschädigt war, doch ein Umtausch wurde uns verweigert – ohne nachvollziehbare Begründung. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Für uns war das definitiv das erste und letzte Mal.

A very unwelcoming place, the staff act like you’re invisible until you’re in their way. Every single item I saw was overpriced with stickers trying to cover the words “Made in China”. Not to mention there’s a sign on just about every aisle with the words you break you buy. All the signs did was make me want to “accidentally” drop the 40$ glass paperweights. A horrible place in a great town.
