They gave my wife and I a price of $3150 on a sectional couch, tax in and delivery. We agreed. It was a good deal on a $2899 couch. My wife and I decided to do half financing and half cash, but were quite willing to pay full price on our credit card or cash as well, but partial 1-year financing was appealing to us.

Fast forward a week and we hear nothing back. No call, wont answer my calls or emails.

When I finally drove back to the store the same lady was there and used the excuse that the financing didn't go through. Not only do I know that was a lie, but she was also well aware that we didn't really care about the financing.

Zero courtesy. Zero professionalism and we were stuck without a couch for a week when we thought we had one on the way

The only thing we can figure is that the boss didn't like the price she gave us and went back on their word and ghosted us out of embarrassment

Awesome place. Purchased 2 Restwell mattresses that were extremely comfortable. Also box springs and bed frames. Was pleased as punch. Very friendly people.

Apparently this is a furniture store but there is no signage to indicate this only an open sign. One day I will walk in to find out what they sell.
