If you like being treated with respect, go somewhere else, anywhere else but here!

Uhaul booking and pick up:

Booked my truck for an in store and counter pick up. Someone from the store, put my order as a mobile pick up but didn’t finalize the details, therefore I didn’t get an email notice that it was mobile. When we arrived Saturday to get the truck, the store was closed. After 11am an employee showed up, and he was the most ignorant and disrespectful person I’ve EVER had to deal with.
We were told we never should have been able to reserve a truck because uhaul knows “damn well” they aren’t open on Saturdays. When this man approached me and spoke, I was fearful, he was so angry that we were there to pick a truck up, and were in his words “inconveniencing him.” The man berated me when he was informed by his boss that it had been made a mobile pick up. Even after I showed the man the email that came through at 11:20am saying the truck was a mobile pick up. I only got this email AFTER the employee drove to the owners house. By far the WORST uhaul service I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been a previous customer for my windshield but because of this interaction I will be going somewhere else. Truly disgusting that this employee is allowed to treat people the way I was treated this Saturday!

I’ve had to replace a lot of windshields over my driving career. Two have been replaced by Jordan’s Uniglass and the service has been impeccable… perhaps the easiest I’ve ever experienced.
