I remember dealing with this parts supplier when they were located in Harbour Grace and always found the service to be great, didn't know they had relocated to Carbonear until a co- worker mentioned them to me, I must say that compared to the other parts suppliers in the local area their prices are bar none much better than the rest, hopefully they stay that way.

A young guy by the name of Alex would not let me enter your store because I can’t wear a mask and I have a exemption. He was very rude. I been to that location before and I know for a fact he’s not very knowledgeable. Very bad experience. 🙁

Not very good service. Went to get a part for my car and was told it was not in stock after being told a couple days fore that they had it at the store. Also asked the price and I was told on the phone that it was $160.00 but when I got there today they told me it would cost $189.00. Was not very pleased with the service there so I went somewhere else to buy my part.
