Can you get the best prices for staples? Also no!

It's a labyrinth of awesome finds for your pantry and fridge. For produce, pork buns and asian snacks, the price is unmatched! Really excellent place for the cheapest and most overwhelmingly okay steak tips for your stir fry. And in this economy, it is a godsend because I'm paying a faction of the price for what other groceries places (like Loblaws) has to offer.

Some of the cooked food looks quite sketchy and not really refrigerated properly, but you get what you pay for!

This store is very recommended! Their front staff as well as the warehouse staff are amazing, super accommodating, prompt and happy. we were in need of 100 coconuts for an event and Zhing and his team were able to supply on the same day! we are very grateful and of course the attendes were super happy!

The store also has a strange seafood smell throughout, which may be off-putting for some shoppers. The interior feels quite outdated and could benefit from a refresh. Overall, it’s okay for quick or budget-friendly shopping, but not ideal for those seeking high-quality grocery experience.

Edit 2024:
Consistently the cleanest Asian grocery store in Chinatown. They do have minimum spend for credit/debit card so make sure you bring cash if you are making a small purchase.
Great variety of products, still open the latest out of all the Chinatown grocery stores!

2019:
Lots of variety. Prices ok for Chinatown. Rude cashiers. I still come here every week because they are open until 10, which is convenient for me as a student.

Old chinatown grocery store with a reasonable selection of East Asian goods and produce. However, it's a good idea to check best before dates on packages because I've bought stuff that was already expired.

Очень разнообразный товарный ряд, много интересных товаров, так же есть свежие фрукты и овощи!
Много экзотических фруктов!

✔️просторный магазин, но есть один минус.
Этот минус — чистота.

Очень нагромождено все коробками, где-то есть неубранные витрины и грязь под ногами.

Best place to get your meat and fish!!!
My fiancé and I have searched for top quality meat and fish at a good, affordable price for a long time. This is the spot that delivers on everything we’ve been looking for! We are avid chick and salmon eaters and this place has amazing quality. It freezes really well and tastes just as fresh after being thawed like you just bought it same day!
We shop here for all our protein needs and they also have an amazing section for produce! It’s all fresh and you can tell they put a lot of work into supplying the best produce they can get.
Highly recommend this place if you’re on a budget but don’t want to skip out on the quality of food you’re buying!
