I purchased clothes two weeks ago and it still hasn’t processed. I received no emailed receipt; an email to their support team does not go through, and their phone number is disconnected. Look at the store pictures and reviews, it’s clearly a scam.

Larimars is amazing - I ordered a couple of shirts and a suit, and they turned out great! The fit and quality is just solid - but what really makes it exceptional is the customer service and attention to detail that Rana and the team have shown. I ordered a ready made suit at a great price. Unfortunately the suit did not fit me at all (when they say slim they mean slim unlike some other makers). I asked if I could return and exchange for a custom suit. They agreed and paid for a return label even though the suit was a final sale and asked me to provide measurements from a tailor as well as pictures of myself wearing suits that currently fit me vs the suit that didn’t.

I returned the original suit, they made my custom suit and shipped it very quickly. The custom suit still needed some alterations but they were kind enough to give me a credit for a tailor. I then paid for the up charge for the custom suit.

This entire exchange + email conversations took place over the course of 6+ months at no fault of Larimars because I was going through a move and personal life changes. Despite all that Larimars was extremely patient with me and understanding. Would buy again for sure.
