BE CAREFUL HERE!!

I was here about two weeks ago to purchase nicotine pouches, and I have never been so appalled in my life, so my partner and I have been purchasing the same brand, same flavour and same dosage of nicotine pouches for the last year and a half a friend of ours suggested trying out this place so we decided to give it a shot as it seemed to have a larger selection!!

They sold us Knock off Zyn brand nicotine pouches!!!!

We have been using these for long enough that we recognized right away that there was something wrong with these and when we brought them back to the establishment, they acted like they weren’t surprised and then took the ones we brought back(which we didn’t get a refund or anything for) and PUT THEM BACK ON THE SHELF!!!!! Which absolutely blow my mind!!

they smelled so strong of chemicals, they were oily, they tasted like drinking Kitchen cleaner, they were absolutely disgusting, and when we brought it to their attention, they really seemed like they could not care.. One of the workers went and got the manager and we told her about the situation. She’s like oh OK. We can’t do a refund and then she just walked away. It was such a terrible experience. We will never be going back here and we are not the only ones who have gotten these knock off pouches from here a few of our friends have also Unfortunately, it was at the same time we did as well so we couldn’t have warned them ahead of time. They did let us switch the 2 selves we purchased for 3 tins but we did lose half of the purchase price..

I will never go back…
