This Indian store is very near to my place and I found out that it has everything needed for an Indian household, from Kerala items to Tamil products and all the North Indian essentials. The place is well arranged and easy to find everything from frozen items to organic vegetables, spices, and other frozen foods. The staff is excellent. They also have fresh samosas and snacks. The place is huge and a must-visit shop for every Indian household. The prices are similar to other Indian stores and there is plenty of parking space. It is not too busy most of the time.

I always have such a great experience at the store specifically when Jessi is working. She is extremely knowledgeable about store policies and is always so helpful whenever I have questions. Beyond that, she is genuinely kind and pleasant to interact with. My son and I actually try to come on weekends when she is working because she makes the whole experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful representative of the store!

We recently purchased a pack of Dabeli buns which, according to the packaging, are not set to expire until September. However, upon opening the pack, we found the buns to be stale and severely spoiled, showing clear signs of fungal and bacterial growth.

This is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and storage conditions. Consuming such spoiled items could lead to serious health issues, including food poisoning.

We urge customers to carefully inspect products before purchasing, as it appears the store staff and management are not paying adequate attention to the condition of items being sold. This level of negligence is unacceptable.

The snacks taste reheated and aren’t fresh at all. Most of the items here are overpriced, and it really doesn’t feel worth the effort to come all this way for groceries. The store itself is poorly maintained and in a genuinely rundown condition.

There are plenty of beautiful and well-stocked grocery stores in the city like Costco, Loblaws, T&T, Metro, and Sobeys so there’s really no need to come here hunting for any condiment. You’ll find better options at great prices and much higher quality elsewhere.

They sell expired products and usually bill more than the sticker price for products. Sometimes their POS machines don't work and they don't accept refunds for expired and stale products purchased from them.. most of the products on shelf don't even have price tag on them and staff is usually not around or unaware to help for prices. Also they are overpriced.

I had a very bad experience during my recent visit. I purchased a dudhi (bottle gourd) at closing time. The cashier at the front was scanning items so quickly that I didn’t get a chance to see the price clearly during checkout. When I got home, I was shocked to find that the dudhi cost $8.00—far more than expected.

I went back the next day to request a return or at least a price adjustment, explaining the situation honestly. I mentioned that I didn’t notice the price due to how fast the cashier was processing the items. Unfortunately, the staff refused both the return and any price adjustment.

I’m really disappointed with the lack of customer service and understanding in this situation. I hope the store considers better training for staff on handling such concerns more empathetically in the future.

Bought two cups of tea from their vending machine today and was very disappointed. The “Masala tea” turned out to be just hot water with a few bits of tea powder floating in it. Didn’t have time to go back, but management really needs to check what they’re serving customers.

Overpriced all item
on top of that when I ask to their representative why their prices are so high compared to all other Grocery Store she was like we don’t set a price very rudely
I just asked her
We never went there. It’s our first time due to Canada Day. All other stores are closed so we were like we can purchase from there because we usually shop from Indian supermarket it was not that overpriced
But this was horribly expensive
