Austin is such a genuine guy. Both times he's been to our house, he's provided advice that has really helped us. Completely outside of the tire realm.

First experience with him was a slow leak in my tire. He fixed it in under 30m and I was able to head to Tremblant for a road trip which surely would've popped the tire had it not been plugged.

2nd time I had a slow leak in my car tire, he pulled it off and resealed it to the rim. Which was so helpful for me. As it was close to popping. Grateful to have a business like this in Kanata!

I have used Kanata Mobile Tire services for several years. They come to your home to swab the summer and winter tires. They are a family business, owned and operated by Austin, assisted by his brother Spencer, and their father Richard. I found them always to be professional, friendly, and efficient. I found them to be prompt, and very easy to deal with. And they are always willing to provide any extra services required, such as moving the tires to/from the storage area, disposing of old/damaged tires, and the installation of tire racks in my garage. I highly recommend the company, and would like to thank them all for their outstanding services.

Needed new tires for the upcoming winter and wanted to support local businesses so I came upon Kanata Mobile Tire. Talked with Austin about different tire options and costs and he was extremely helpful. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed to buy the more expensive option, and was given really insightful information on what to look for when choosing tires. After choosing the tires and their size (can't google it, look at the size on the tire itself), we booked an appointment.

They came on time, both Austin and Spencer came by in their truck and it was a quick process overall (20-30min). They answered multiple questions I had and were very friendly overall.

In general a very positive experience. I am very happy with my new tires and would 100% suggest others to look at Kanata Mobile Tire for their tire needs, 10/10 would use them again.

I have a set of four tires two of which are newer and asked to have those placed on the front as they wear more than the rear. Technician agreed but after tires were installed said he had move one of the newer tires to the rear because it had gone flat over the winter. Called the company back to correct this and they came out right away but didn’t not move the tires as I had asked as they were concerned about my transmission driving with different tread wear in the front. Paid to have my tires installed now I have to dismount two and remount them to have them as I want. On time, fast and courteous but I can’t recommend the business.
