4/5

Real Canadian Superstore on Luckakuck Way is one of the largest grocery options in Chilliwack, and it really does function as a one‑stop shop. The produce section is big and usually well stocked, with both local and imported options. The in‑store bakery, deli, and seafood counters add convenience, and the Joe Fresh clothing section makes it easy to pick up more than just groceries. Prices are competitive, especially if you keep an eye on the weekly flyers, and the PC Optimum program adds extra value. The store can get busy at peak times, and the parking lot is large but often crowded, so timing your visit helps. Overall, it’s a reliable place for a full grocery run with plenty of variety under one roof.

This Superstore is a full-service hub — groceries, pharmacy, Joe Fresh clothing, electronics, and more. I liked the spacious layout and the produce section, which usually has good variety and freshness. The PC Optimum program makes bulk shopping worthwhile, and the in-store sushi and bakery are popular with regulars. Staff are generally helpful, and the self-checkouts speed things up. Downsides? It gets busy on weekends, and some aisles (especially frozen and dairy) can feel understocked or cluttered. Parking is decent, but the lot fills up fast during peak hours. Still, it’s a reliable one-stop shop for most household needs.

This Superstore location is as good as the one in Mission. It has everything you need, the layout is similar to the other one and therefore easy to follow, and the prices are reasonable. This Superstore has an industrial pineapple juicer; something I have not seen in any other location.

5/5

This Superstore is a busy but well-stocked location that covers everything from groceries to housewares. I liked the spacious layout and the range of international foods — especially South Asian and East Asian staples. The produce section is usually fresh, and the in-store bakery has some solid options. Self-checkout is available, though it can get backed up during peak hours. Parking is ample, but the lot layout can be a bit chaotic. Staff are generally helpful, though not always easy to find. It’s a reliable stop for bulk shopping or weekly runs, especially if you’re pairing it with nearby big-box stores or Cottonwood Mall.

Absolutely appalling service
Delivery 5 hours late. Multiple phone calls. Promised it would be delivered in half an hour. 3.5 hours later and 3 phone calls later still nothing. Apparently they don't realise when an order has been waiting for 8 hours
Staff on the phone were useless. The lady told me perhaps I would get my groceries tomorrow. ? Umm that is not acceptable
We already changed our plans multiple times to wait around for the delivery to come. Wasted 8 hours of our time. Had to order dinner as the delivery didn't come so didn't have the things needed that was planned to eat that night. Hungry children at home can't wait endlessly for groceries that don't come. The first manager made false promises assuring us of delivery within 30 minutes that obviously weren't followed up
Ultimately we had to drive to the store and pick up the order as otherwise they wouldn't be delivered until the subsequent day as it was now so late. Completely unacceptable!
Haman, the first manager, and the second manager Matt. All terrible examples of poor customer service. This was not just an hour late. But 8.5 hours late and ended in no delivery. Do not recommend

I bought a pack of Suraj Huskless Split Mung Beans only to discover it was infested with living bugs inside the sealed packet. The product is set to expire in July 2026 so this clearly points to a serious food safety and quality control issue.

I immediately contacted Loblaw customer service with photos and full details, but the response I received was extremely generic and dismissive. There was no proper resolution, no apology, no refund or compensation just a vague message saying they’ve “forwarded it to the appropriate department.”

I have not returned the product to the store yet, as I’m holding on to it in case it’s needed for further investigation. But I am shocked that a major retailer isn’t taking this issue seriously this is not a minor inconvenience, it’s a public health concern.

Customers deserve transparency and safe products. I hope this review helps others stay aware and encourages the store to take action not just for me, but for every customer in general

The store is nice. Usually quality is good but sometimes some products are just off e. g. grapes not sweet and have thick skin. It's been over a week since we bought a 6 pack avocado bag (farmers market Avocados- Product of Mexico). They are still like stones. Not ripening despite keeping them outside for full week in Summer.

This location is great to complete your everyday shopping. They recently opened the garden đŸȘŽ shop in the parking lot and it looks great with awesome deals! I highly suggest getting succulents from here as they last for a long time if you take good care of them.

There are some great staff working at this location being super friendly and helpful. The deli meat section has a huge variety to choose from and of course great tasting !
