They were and are WONDERFUL to me , I just move to Chilliwack and I use a mobility scooter and also have my therapy dog who sits by my feet. They let us come straight in and picked out everything I wanted . And they make the best FreshSalsa . I’m so grateful to have them close to my apartment

Yeah, it’s a bit expensive but, hey, supporting local businesses is amazing. Also they are super friendly ♄

I used the online ordering system for my first purchase ever with this company and I’m very pleasantly surprised at the quality of their produce and their customer service.

I went to the wrong location to pick up and the staff on the phone were very patient and good natured with me. (I’m new in town.). I will be buying my fresh produce here exclusively from now on. What a fantastic customer experience. Thank you so much!

Overpriced as hell ☠ There are places in town that are just as accessible with lower prices and better local produce.

Edit: owner replied with uneducated response. I normally go to other local produce stores. Their stock is not only better, but cheaper 🙂 Straight up one of the worst responses I've seen from a business.

I always loved the variety of local fruits and veggies in this store! However, today it was a complete disappointment. I purchased cherries. The lady pushed the scale with her finger while weighting the product. It caught my attention. The difference in price without her finger pressing the scale was 2.35$ cheaper for a bag of cherries! She returned me money only because I asked her to weight it again without touching the scale. She didn't even say sorry. I have a refund receipt to confirm my words. How many people don't even bother to take a receipt and check things... After this, I became curious and weighted tomatoes (I purchased in this store as well) in a different location and the weight was a bit different. Hmm, I am wondering why. I was very disappointed with my experience today. I highly likely will switch to a different store.

Surprised that with Provincial mandate of wearing masks in indoor spaces, the three young workers at the tills and restocking on the floor were maskless. All shoppers were wearing masks. Pretty good selection for a population of Chilliwack and surrounded area. I am indifferent to return. Some unique items were higher prices, and not sure I would appreciate the value if I dont like it. Going back to the masks - It surprises me that the management doesn't seem to care about the safety of their customers or staff. Kind of a parasite business taking advantage of The Mad Butcher's busy parking lot.

Update after response:
I did say there was good selection. We didn't leave empty handed (the yellow beets BTW were delicious, and a half piece of yellow watermelon was tops. Among other purchases... Support local, smaller businesses... I cant encourage that enough.. especially in these times..
What I find unappealing is this place of business is focused less on Provincial Doctor's public recommendations for safety and control of Covid19, and more with supposed infractions of individual "rights" (BTW, they are really privileges). Did you obtain a driver's license because of "rights"? Yeah....

I want to be comfortable in public again, and this owner's irresponsible actions and response to me seems sour. Explain that to my dead BIL. Died of Covid in May - and held your same excuses until just a day before the ventilator.
I wear an itchy mask in public that I FN hate.. I look forward to when we can all go without one. Follow the recommendations - it's not like the government's forcing you to wear Nickelback concert Tshirts.
