A lovely store with books (and records) a plenty! There's something for everyone here and the atmosphere (formed by the shelving, art displays, and overall layout) provide an inviting and cozy space for literary lovers of all kinds!

Books and more oh my! I never expected to find local art at a bookstore! A welcomed surprise. I will be going back on my next trip to Salmon Arm. There is something special about book stores, and this place is worth a visit.

Amazing bookstore! You can tell how passionate the owner is about books! She hangs up little signs like "if you like this author you might also like....". She has an ancient little dog who is just too cute. The store is PACKED with books including real gems. When I was missing some cash she gifted me a book worth just out of kindness. Salmon Arm really is not something special, but this bookstore and its owner is. Can not wait to come back 🙂

Edit: the owner has changed and book nook has also changed quite a bit. The little notes are gone and the store is much less crammed, too. It was more charming before but I might just be sentimental. 😉

Huge selection and so accommodating. Went to Hidden Gems first given the higher google review but it did not hold a candle to Book Nook!
Very welcoming environment and knew exactly what obscure book I was looking for!

One or our favorite places to stop by. Lots of selection for all ages. My son loved the vintage horse books. Beautifully illustrated.

This is the best used book store I have ever seen. Everything was in there genre and in order by authors last name. If you are thinking of opening a used book store or currently own one, you need to go to this store because this is how it should be done.
