Super great and kind customer service. This place also sells all kinds of screen protectors and phone cases (not just the new ones)! I have a S21 5G and I was finally able to find a new screen protector and phone case for it 🙂

The case I was sold by this store fell off without my noticing. Only when the screen then cracked did I return to the store. At first the clerk seemed not to believe me. Then he refused to accept I was sold the wrong case which led to it falling off. The lack of attempt to resolve this problem leaves me to ONE STAR rating..

Dropped in yesterday for a new screen protector. The clerk was very nice, cleaned and installed my new protector within a few minutes and sent me on my merry way! Can't believe how awesome my screen looks as it had a few chunks missing and now it's like brand new! I figure the less than $30 is definitely worth it to keep my 3 or 4 year old phone looking great and protected.

Stopped in on a Wed to purchase a reconditioned phone. Was told he didn’t have any but to call Friday. Called Friday and was told they would be there by 4 pm. I told him we could not make it Friday and asked his business hours for Saturday, 10-5. Great, see you Saturday. Arrived Saturday at 3:30 and nobody at kiosk. Sign on kiosk says Sat business hours are 10-5. I called and was told they are CLOSED. We live out of town and made a special trip into town. I WILL NOT be returning to spend money at this place. Terrible service!!!!

Please don't waste your money here, their screen protector lasted me less than 24 hours.

I paid 30 dollars for the screen protector and it was put on within a few minutes, which was nice. She said to come back if there are any issues with the screen protector they would cover it within the first 30 days. The next day I was organizing in my garage and when I was crouching down, my phone fell out of my pocket. The screen protector cracked and bubbled up and I called them the minute it happened. I have an otter box on it and I've never had this issue before. When I called them, Moe apologized for it breaking so quickly and said that when I come in next, to just let them know I spoke to Moe and they would fix it for me.

I went back in and Moe wasn't working, unfortunately, but the lady who installed it was there I let her know that I spoke to Moe and told her what happened. It's like she didn't hear anything I said as she just said, " physical damage? Oh, there is nothing we can do." I understand you have a business to run, but this isn't the first time I've had one of these glass screen protectors. You would think you would stand by your product, especially after your coworker had already told me that it would be replaced. ✌️
