Wonderful service! Amazing staff! Beautifully curated store with amazing items! This place is on point! My girlfriends and I had such a wonderful time shopping when we popped in! We poked around for ages and we each left with a bag of goodies! Our exciting couldn’t have been better really! Thanks for creating such a warm, inclusive cool vibe!!

Thanks for your response. I appreciate that you’re open to feedback. I wanted to share that during my visit, I was looking for jeans postpartum and asked Jess if there were any larger sizes available. I was told, quite bluntly, that you didn’t carry anything “big enough for me” and would have to shop online instead. I left feeling embarrassed and hurt.

I understand that not every store can carry every size, but how that message is delivered really matters—especially to someone already feeling vulnerable in their body. We’re constantly being encouraged to shop local and support small businesses, but when that support is met with judgment or insensitivity, it makes it really hard to want to come back.

I’m sharing this not to be negative, but because experiences like this have a lasting impact, and how customers are treated matters just as much as what’s on the shelves.

I love Moorestock in Sechelt. They are my go to for summer footwear. Everything is super cute and comfy! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you are visiting or local you need to visit them!

LOVE this store! The vibes are on point and has the best of the best products. The girls working there this past Saturday were SO friendly and helpful. My mom and I could have pulled up a chair and hung out with them for the day it was so fun. The owner of this place should be beyond proud of themselves and what they've accomplished!

The customer service at Moorestock has been incredible. While I’ve been limiting my exposure during Covid, they have been helping my 11 yr old daughter find the cutest outfits. She says that she wouldn’t normally pick out what the staff bring for her to try on, but she’s glad they do because their stylish selections end up being her favourites! So grateful to have a friendly shop in town with clothing options for tweens and outstanding customer service, thank you!
