Pharmacy department is amazing, I can't tell you how many times they have helped my mom out. Beauty department is always warm and welcoming. I wasn't a fan of the post office for a very long time but it looks like they've changed who works there and it has been MUCH better. Someone always seems to be around if you have a question. I would go to IDA before I would ever go to Shoppers up the street.

We pulled up, the employees were closing the doors, said it was closing in 30 seconds. I said I had 2 prescriptions, they said come in. I ran back and Corrine the pharmacist filled them immediately, schooled me in the does and dont's and away I went! I am so thankful, they were kind and efficient. I have never had a prescription filled so quickly. THANK YOU

Usually I have no issues but the postal service has never been my favorite. I had a phone that was to be delivered to my house and the person wrote undeliverable while there were 4 of us and a baby at home. They put pick up after 1:30pm next day, which we found out they close at 2pm after my husband drove from smugglers cove to pick up. Very disappointed 😞

I called here asking when they finished taking passport photos for the day and I was told 4:30pm. When I arrived as soon as I could 5 minutes after 4:00, I was told they finished doing photos at 4. Luckily Shoppers does photos later otherwise my partner and I would have been unable to go to Vancouver to get our passports for a pre-planned trip. It's hard enough as it is getting passports while living on the Sunshine Coast without being given the wrong information 🙁

Time to update your hours. Google says you’re open till 8 PM but a little piece of paper on your door says you close at 7 PM. You have an opportunity to up your game by looking after the little admin details and updating your hours on Google.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacist !!! People have a variety of medical conditions and all they want is a pharmacy that will ask how you’re doing and most of all understand your health. The other pharmacy in town has the most unfriendly staff, and they aren’t compassionate or even kind. The owner sulks and doesn’t smile, instead looks at you with judgemental eyes, embarrassing you while speaking loudly about your medication in front of others. That’s why I love the IDA staff they are super respectful and have taken very good care of me. That’s a pharmacy. Maybe the others could learn something about making assumptions about their customers .
