I almost don’t have words to describe the service provided by Sechelt Truck & Equipment. I was in a difficult situation and under a great deal of time pressure. When I explained the situation, the staff were incredibly supportive and helpful and not only did they indicate they would step up, they actually stepped up. There was such a pleasant and welcoming vibe to all of the employees we encountered. I would enthusiastically recommend Sechelt Truck & Equipment.

Poor customer relationship. They inspected a truck for me and said there was major air leaks behind dash and in fact the noise was a radio that was off Chanel making a hissing noise. Said that marker lights were not working and in fact were. Said a bumper was cracked as was not. Asked them about it and basically said too bad to sad. Take a really good look before getting things done here. Make sure you have hands on using these guys so you know what is going on.

Seachelt Truck and all their staff where a pleasure to deal with. While on 10000km trip they were the only ones willing to get my van in for repairs immediately so I could beat the snowstorms. Thank you kindly, made it back safe!

Awesome customer service, I have never enjoyed before. I am from vancouver, was on work, vehicle got an electrical wiring issue, turned down by big brands like ford, ok tire etc straight no to my face, but this place, apart from being so busy, immediately took my ford transit 250 in hand and free me less than half an hour. God bless them.

Absolutely brilliant. Great service. A hydraulic hose that would have taken weeks to backorder from an outfit in Greater Vancouver was made on the spot. 30 minutes in and out.
