My husband ordered roses for our anniversary. They arrived a day late and were already open. Some had brown patches on them. I called and gave them an opportunity to call me today but they never called. This is now why I am writing this review. If I could leave a zero rating I would!! They look half dead. Like they grabbed them from a funeral home.

The only reason I'm giving them any stars is because you can't give zero. I recently ordered a bouquet of yellow and white flowers and paid extra to supersize them, to be sent to someone who was sick in the hospital. What they got was nothing like what I ordered, not even one yellow one! How embarrassing. I then ended up calling no less than 5 times before they agreed to send more flowers. The new ones they sent did have yellow and white but still hardly what I ordered and some of them were wilting. Really disappointed with the service.

Changing review because of the replacement flowers.

Management contacted me and issued me a replacement flower for the last bouquet I brought from them last February. Although it’s not the same bouquet that I purchased, it’s nice for a replacement fresher flower rather than the purchased bouquet. The manager’s efforts are shown in unsatisfied customers contacting them and she makes sure that they’re good,

A few suggestions: make it clearer next time for customers (especially not in Carleton Place) that other companies are making your bouquet based on their area to avoid confusion and false reviews about your store, Thanks!

Supposed to receive the “Pink Posy Club” bouquet, it was out of stock so trusted the florist and received something completely different. Definitely not worth the price and do not recommend them. Seems like they offload to Bloomex as there was a paper with a QR code leading to Bloomex’s website. So much for supporting local.

I chose this florist for Mother’s Day as I wanted to support a local business rather than use an international brand. This turned out to be a huge mistake and I would not recommend using them.

I ordered a very specific bouquet of 50 alstroemerias and paid extra for a deluxe bouquet. What was delivered was a small mixed bouquet of daisies, carnations and a few roses. I contacted the Blossom Shop as soon as my mother showed me what was delivered and asked for this to be rectified, either by sending the correct bouquet or providing a refund. I’ve had no response.

Really disappointed in the lack of service, the poor show of flowers my mother received on Mother’s Day (after a terrible year of illness) and a total waste of my money.

Beautiful shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful home decor and even prettier flower arrangements made with a smile. Definitely a place to stop at while in Carleton Place!
