Don't waste your time...
I reached out to Scott Ferrier here for a change in house insurance, telling him my other insurance was renewing in 10 days. He sent me the list of a million questions needed for house insurance then completely ghosted me for almost a month.. I even followed up at one point and still heard nothing until the end of the month when he had the NERVE to suggest i take a penalty by leaving the company that auto renewed me, so he could be my broker. Ridiculous customer service, to not even acknowledge or respond to emails for a month. Not sure what the other brokers are like since I never got to actually use this company.
