We had bought a truck in Dec 2020 thinking we finally had our forever vehicle. Little did we know the lemon we ended up with. We started taking this vehicle into the shop for fuel smell and engine issues in Sept 2022. The issues increased to a monthly visit started January 2023. Each time we brought the vehicle in we were met with resistance to fix the issue; even with other mechanic recommendations; we were met with shoulder shrugs. The vehicle was still under warranty and received a lot of useless, quick, cheap, replacement parts instead of fixing the real issue. When those didn't satisfy us; they started coming up with excuses as to why we smell the fuel. Turns out an injector was stuck open for well over a year. When we brought up the long lasting damage of this; met with more shoulder shrugs. Took it to GM Canada and the dealership denied that we had been in for engine issues. So needless to say we traded it at another dealership and will never deal with Bruce again and won't be recommending.

Great professional crew.. on every level. Absolutely the best.. Mitch in Parts searched out and found special order tires and William in service ensured that they were expertly mounted on my expensive chrome wheels. I live in Cape Breton and it was well worth the drive..Outstanding.

I’m revising my review and comments from 5 to zero. We have been bring our vehicles here for over 2 decades and will be going elsewhere. This is the 4 times our tires which have been stored at Bruce’s have been lost. We asked for a receipt in the spring but were told they didn’t provide them. Now our tires are lost ..again..and we’re told because we have no receipt, it’s our problem. Our son will now have no vehicle until we can purchase new winter tires at approximately $1000. Time to shop elsewhere.

Update. We spoke to the manager who said they were aware of the fact that winter tires went missing but they refuse to acknowledge they lost our winter tires. It wouldn’t be so frustrating except when I asked for a receipt for storing the tires, I was told they didn’t provide receipts. When they lost our tires, they said because we didn’t have a receipt it wasn’t their fault. In essence, they stole our winter tires and refuse to reimburse us. Perhaps it’s time to file a police report

Nick, the Sales Manager and his team are committed to making sure the client is happy, The sales experience was excellent; Jonah, Brock and Nick were fun to deal with! Had a communication issue regarding the second key and length of service; however Nick handled my concerns with care and we wanted to say Thank YOU for going the extra mile. The only way to post a review is to give them one star that is far overrated.They say tire and rim protection plan for 3 yrs is mandatory and Bruce advantage is mandatory not according to Nova Scotia Consumer Protection.They lie and I would rather walk than buy anything from them.
