10 year warranty? I've owned this high density foam mattress for 4 years. The foam has given out and cracked as you can see all along the bottom of the mattress. The top has no stains, and the mattress was in a mattress cover for the entire time.
The warranty states that this kind of damage is covered. However, the warranty company told me that its NOT covered. They did not tell me why.

Haven't actually purchased a bed from them yet but just wanted to say just going into look at beds at sleep country has been a far better experience than any other store so far. The salesman, Gail, was knowledgeable, friendly and not overly pushy which was nice. Sales team there were new but we're still very helpful and made the task of going to look at beds actually enjoyable. Can't speak to their warranty or their delivery standards yet but damn what a great overall experience going to look for a new mattress. Haven't quite made the decision on a bed yet but the customer service at sleep country has me wanting to buy from them just based on their attitude with customers alone.

Bought a mattress with a 10 year warranty that failed just shy of 2 years and they won't honor the warranty. They claim it's stained even though pictures are provided that clearly show it is clean. They closed the claim automatically and refused to open it or point out the stains in the picture.... Never ever again

After several pictures sent back and forth they are now just randomly circling areas of the mattress quoting a stain....I send them another pic in different light and the stain is go so they circle a different random area. Dozens of emails later and the bottom line is they do not honor the warranty. They will find any reason at all to not honor their warranty. They will keep changing the area over and over and over again until they just stop responding to you...

Went Mattress Browsing on the Weekend and We got a Quote from Dartmouth Surplus and Amazing Savings Warehouse, for a King Size Mattress, Box Spring and Steel Frame AND SLEEP COUNTRY honored their agreement of Price Matching and took 5% Off the Quote We were given.
We were greatly satisfied and purchased the King Bed from Sleep Country and will be receiving it this Weekend

So.. 7 months later, the Box springs broke twice and the steel frame twisted/warped (which went through Warranty) and now after the Box spring is broken again (3rd time), and the Mattress has deformed from the amount of time sitting on a broken Box spring, I have to deal with Sleep Country Canada again. (I have pictures of ALL the damage)
Very frustrating and I wish that I could return the entire bed to Sleep Country, but unfortunately they don't do returns or refunds, or receive some sort of upgrade. Honestly I just want a Mattress, Box Spring & Frame that isn't going to break after having it no more than a year.

Buyers Beware: I don't know much about the Quality of the Parts they use to construct these beds but if you are going to buy a bed through Sleep Country make sure you know all the warranty information, and I hope you don't have that same problems I'm dealing with. Probably the last time I'll ever deal with Sleep Country 🙁

Great in store service, then complete failure after that. They seem to be unable to ever deliver the products you have purchased. The delivery team are comical in their utter incompetence. They are more interested in listening to Cricket on their phone than making sure you receive what was ordered. Even when their delivery happens, their assembly is a mess. Don’t waste your time, as they are more than happy to waste it for you.

Dave at Sleep Country in Highfield Park was fantastic! He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience painless! My daughter wasn't looking forward to trying out a bunch of beds, but Dave was very quickly able to narrow it down to just a few for her to try, based on her sleeping preferences, and we were in and out of the store within 30 minutes, and had the bed delivered a few days later! We'll definitely be going back there soon when our other daughter needs a mattress!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I finally got myself quality pillows after years of sleeping on random Walmart junk. It’s nice to be able to ask questions and actually see how the products feel instead of rolling the dice online or at a big box.

I am so grateful to the help for Andy, associate at Sleep Country at Atrium in Halifax. (50 Highfield st). I called him from another province to assist me in buying a new bed and pillows for my parents. My parents received a warm welcome and Andy had so much patience and kindness with them. He assisted them in purchasing the best bed for them, along with pillows and bed frame. My parents still speak of how great of an experience it was! The bed was delivered exactly when they said it would, and they even recycled their old lumpy mattress. Thank you so much Andy, for your kindness and guidance with this.
