Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen, and it's like that any time I go in there I'm never going back. My friends in automotive work told me to never go in there because they have had terrible experience with the people working at NAPA. Plus you have to wait ten minutes before they speak to you because there always on the phone. Your staff team should be ashamed.

Hands down the WORST customer service I've experienced, anywhere, in over 30 years. They sound annoyed to be answering the phone every single time I've ever called. No one greets you when you walk in, ever. One guy will flat out ignore your existence no matter how long you stand directly in front of him at the counter, regardless if you're male or female because he ignored my partner, too. He just continues to stare at his computer screen.

This time was the last time I'll bother wasting my money there though. They didn't call when my order was ready as promised (and yes, I gave them my info, I even spelled my damn name). They didn't bother to check my order when it arrived and sold me incorrect parts. I brought them back and said when my mechanic opened them up he discovered one part was wrong. So then they ARGUED with me because they couldn't be bothered to open the boxes - until the dude who refuses to speak to customers finally did, while still ignoring us and speaking only to his coworkers, of course. Wouldn't wanna ruin his streak! I ended up returning the parts and finding what I needed at Car Quest in Nictaux, for less money, too. And those guys were so polite and helpful, I ended up buying a few extra things I needed for my car.

Save yourself the hassle and shop literally anywhere else.

i went to ask if they had carriage bolts in stock, the staff didnt even search and just told me they dont have any. When you go online, napa has a big inventory of carriage bolts. Won't be coming back.

Customer service was non-existent here at Napa. I was the only customer there, and still they couldn't find the time to help me. I even asked on of the senior guys there to help me and his exact words were "No, I'll let you serve yourself." Thanks Napa, you saved me from going back to your stores ever again, and I will definitely not be referring anyone to you.

Steadily strive to give good sevice. Sometimes lacking on number of computer terminals . More than one debit machine would be recommended instead of sharing between all service personal.This tends to effect there ability to give service; no fault of there own. Would recommend each terminal have it's own debit and printer machines to increase service ability. Staff is genuienly very helpfull having to work with a level of ineffiency due to the points I mentioned above.

What I find at this location, is they lack customer car service, even when there's no one in the store... 4/1 guys come on!!!.
