so last week I bought a cappacino maker , asked the staff if it I could return it if I wasnt happy with it, was reassured yes as long as I brought all the packaging in it was no problem,

went home and tested the product, it did not make cappacino it was just an expensive drip coffee maker , so yesterday I brought it in.

I set the machine on the first till and was told by the approaching staff she would help me at the other till, I said ok was here to return the machine, I was told again I will help you at the other till , I was moving to slowly, I said yes I am coming ( I limp from an injury so I dont move fast) apparently I wasnt moving fast enough gathering my items to move to the other till. When I set the box down she snapped at me and said I cant return it , the box is to damaged( it isnt) I explained that I was assured I could return it but was told the boss wont be back for 2 weeks so come back then. I said ok, pushed the cappacino maker to the side of the wall so not to block her till stating I will leave it there I want to do some shopping.

( the staff member )then said to me as I was walking to look for deals '' you know you dont have to shop here''. I was shocked , so I stopped turned around and asked her what her problem was ? Her reply was ''you were rude to me'' So I asked her how was I was I rude to you? She fumbled behind the cappacino maker and removed a piece of paper that was stuck with a piece of tape on the chip rack behind it , stating I ruined her display, I was dumbfounded , so I said that is a piece of paper , it is fine. It was surreal to be honest , talk about false accusations to cover up a very rude unwarranted comment ?

So I will be taking the exact cappacino maker back so the boss whom sold it to me can see what she was pulling on me. I also plan to continue shopiing there.

So on a side note all the other staff prior to todays visit have been friendly and professional ( including staff member). I have bought other electronic items there and was told if they dont work right bring them back but this is the first return I have tried to bring back. I guess when the boss is on hoilday you can treat people like you own the place , I try and shop locally but its no shock that amazon is flourishing.

Regular priced items are difficult to locate prices. Two items I'd brought to the till area were from the wrong shelf area and so wasn't the price I'd thought they were marked at; prices are on the shelf and not the items, this is confusing and quite frustrating. Staff is usually friendly, and the store is clean and well organized. Items marked at discount are great deals.

It had a few clothes but I wear a XXL Shirt and they only have large for the shirts I was interested in.They told me they get what there sent they can't ask for or order larger sizes or anything specific. They do have some good prices and decent quality items but in the end you usually get what you paid for. The staff is nice and know if they have what your looking for.

Look carefully and you find some surprising deals on labels like Quick Silver, Champion, Calvin Kline.
Today however my interest was peaked at the cute, very original and inexpensive Pet Collars, Leashes and Harnesses, and then the great selection of pet beds for AWESOME prices.
Staff is so sweet, friendly and inviting. Always helpful. Swim wear was a great price too and they have just such a huge variety of camping to household, toiletries, bedding and the list goes on beyond their clothing selection. Sumner clothes for toddlers and preschoolers...great! Low prices, cute, cute, cute choices. Ideal for the little guys who like to get stains and tears and hard wears on their clothes, and who normally jump sizes once a summer at least.
If you are passing buy or have an unexpected stay overnight reroute, it's right off hiway 43 as you pass the tim hortons and fast gas...easy trip to grab overnight bags worth of things. 😉
