I went in and asked for her to make my hair a little shorter and nice for the wedding I was going to. She cut mine down to .5 and my hair went from slicked to one side to spiking forwards. This was not what i asked for and my hair took long to grow.

I got my first ever massage from here by a very nice lady named Rebbecca. She made sure that I felt as comfortable as possible throughout the entire experience. She did a full body massage for a good price. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

Unfortunately I’m disappointed with my experience at this hair salon. This was my first time coming here since being new to the area. I showed the hair dresser what I wanted from a photo of ME with my previous hair cut, and told her directly what I was wanting also to confirm so there was no confusion. I didn’t want anything complicated, just wanted shoulder length hair, longer in the front and with bangs. I’ve never been to a hair salon where the hairdresser just decided to not cut my hair in the style I ask. They just never bothered to cut bangs at all for me! Then they tell me my hair cut is done? I ended up with a whole different style, too embarrassed to say anything when I was leaving. My hair was cut much shorter than shoulder length, nearly all the same - no real layers or length in the front, and no bangs cut whatsoever. A completely different haircut than requested. My friends were telling me to call in and get you guys to fix it, but come on, if I show a photo of myself and tell you what I want directly and you just don’t do it, then what am I to expect next time. For a lot of people getting a haircut is a major thing and I can see why when you go to a salon and they do something completely different from what you ask. Makes me nervous about returning here for a haircut 🙁 I wasn’t going to leave a review, but it’s been on my mind because I’ve never had such a bad experience before at a salon, and I was expecting more considering the ratings for this place.

My hair can be complicated and I have had many a bad cut because of it. I am new to the area and gave this cute little shop a try. Sheri S. did an awesome job ... exactly what I wanted! I'm so excited to have found a local stylist with experience and affordable prices.

Great place for a guy to get a haircut!
Not sure why people are complaining about the staff talking too much - I feel like that's one of the great things about them! Instead of sitting there while someone messes with your head you can actually have some pretty good conversations while they mess with your head!
They've always done an excellent job. Sure you gotta wait a bit sometimes but to me that just goes to show that they're good - a lot of people go there so you know it's good.

Very busy today but willing to wait as expected for a saturday. Still very good atmosphere. And i did appreciate not trying to rush and gave me full attention to details for my haircut. Very happy with the result.

She was kind and took me in on short notice but I had to go to angry bear in st Thomas the next day asked for a fade there wasn’t one and my hair was all patchy angry bear fixed everything unfortunately cost me 60 all together with having to get it fixed
