Wonderful restaurant. The food, its presentation, the service and that atmosphere ... A beautiful spot and so nice to see an historic setting preserved, and presented so well. We have been there several times at lunch and recently had a private room Birthday celebration dinner. The best pasta, steak (and perfect meals to to the kids at bay!). Get the calamari to start. Tottenham's best. Go!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles of the owner and a cozy atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home.

The menu offered a diverse range of options, but we opted to try their signature dishes. And oh boy, were we impressed! Each bite was a flavor explosion that left us wanting more. The presentation was also impeccable, making every dish a feast for the eyes as well.

But what truly sets Taste of freedom apart is its cozy ambiance. The dim lighting, comfortable seating, and rustic decor all combine to create an intimate setting that's perfect for date nights, family gatherings, or even solo dining.

The service was also top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was exceptional.

We were a group of three girlfriends who have a monthly tradition to try different unique restaurants and definitely enjoyed this authentic dining experience! The servers were very nice and accommodating. The food was amazing, especially the creme brulee, very unique taste. The owner Carl showed us the vintage staged rooms and gave a nice tour. Definitely will come back for a great evening!

We went to the restaurant after the train ride. This is right around the corner. As we were a large group, the order took some time, but the food was delicious. It was freshly made and very satisfying for sure. The rooms are decorated well. There is an old world charm to this place which is worth a trip!

I ate here as people had said very good things. I had a ribeye steak and it was not as tender as I am used to with ribeyes. The pepper jus was not peppery at all. The service and atmosphere was excellent, but the food didn't justify the price.

OMG. So..very..slow....I came with a large party (a reservation, not walk-in - no surprise for the staff) so expected a little chaos. They overdelivered on this front.

Service was just not good. (One of our party ordered sparkling water - took about 15 minutes and first pass he brought the bottle and no glass. Had to come back. Water. Done wrong. At least it gave us a laugh).

My prime rib was acceptable but not great, but no one in our group could eat the brisket. The manager addressed with a comp, but it made all other service to our table grind to a halt while they tried to fix the problem. Prior to brisket meltdown I had asked for my bill as I had to leave (2.5 hours for dinner service is too long) and this was totally forgotten as brisket troubleshooting was underway. I finally went to the bar to pay my bill which was incorrect not one but two times (first undercharged, then overcharged..). I am still kicking myself for leaving a tip, they deserved nothing.

I am hoping maybe they had a server call in sick and usually have their act more together, but based on the price point and experience expected I was very underwhelmed and won't return.
