I recently purchased my Mercedes-Benz from AA Canada in North York, and the whole experience was smooth and professional. Catherine was absolutely amazing to work with super friendly and made the process very simple.

Junior was also great! He told me I can bring the car back anytime if anything comes up, and he’d be happy to help find a solution. That kind of support gave me a lot of confidence in the dealership. He also offered me a solid deal to protect my car wrap and even to redo it if needed.

Lyle joined me for the test drive and walked me through all the features of the car. He’s a nice, knowledgeable great gentleman who really knows his stuff.

Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend AA Canada if you’re looking for a quality car and great service.

Extremely disappointing experience with AA Canada Inc. We purchased a cargo van for our business and put down a $10,000 deposit, plus an additional $1,000 for the safety certification — expecting a reliable, roadworthy vehicle. Instead, the van has had major electrical problems from the start.

The doors don’t close properly, making the van undrivable at times. The key randomly doesn’t start the vehicle, lights flicker at night, and we’re constantly having to open and close the doors multiple times because the sensors malfunction.

We were told by Gary that the issues would be handled, but weeks later nothing has been fixed. Even worse, they keep delaying our service appointments, with no clear resolution or timeline. This situation is directly impacting our business, causing lost time, revenue, and a ton of stress.

We paid good money expecting professionalism and a working vehicle — instead, we feel ignored and taken advantage of. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone

Buying a used car is intimidating at the best of times but I found my recent experience with AA Canada a uniquely positive one. I bought a 2019 Audi and the salesman Gary never put on any pressure, consistently negotiated in good faith, gave me a fair price for my trade in and even caught a requirement for new brakes and took care of that for me under the safety fee. I feel that I was served honestly and fairly by these guys and I would not hesitate to use them again.
