Bought a Volkswagen from this dealer. It came certified and car was very clean. After a few weeks I contacted Mario because there were some issues with the car. He took care of all the issues at his expense and did not try to avoid taking care of it at all. He was very professional and helpful.

Absolutely horrific place to buy a car. These people are not good. They don't care about the customer, if you find any issues they will start screaming and get angry. Safety is fake, they don't do safety properly. They use their guys to give you a safety certificate paper, but it's fake and they don't actually do anything.

I purchased a car from them, and they didn't fix anything. My brakes were completely gone and had to be changed right after I drove the car from the lot. But they just did my safety, so you can imagine how fake their safety certificate is.

Buy from a reputable dealership. Not these people, they will make sure to rip you off and if you tell them about it, they will start shouting and screaming. You need be prepared to deal with them, otherwise they will definitely rip you off. So be careful with them. AVOID AT ALL COST!

BUYER BEWARE- I purchased a 2011 Buick Regal from Access Motors 2 years ago - they advertised the car as “safety certified” but then made me pay extra to certify the car. After it was “certified” I took it to my mechanic who claimed it was “completely unfit to drive”: the rear light was broken, emergency brake cable was loose, and the muffler was completely rusted - the car should have never passed a safety inspection. Upon return they fixed the issues that my mechanic had listed, and the owner Farid claimed “we were going to fix those things” (which was a complete lie as they already had it safetied and were ready for me to drive the car off the lot).

On top of that, I purchased a warranty for $800 - after reading the details of the warranty I called the warranty company to cancel the warranty within 10 days (buyers remorse) however they told me that it was over 10 days and there’s nothing they could do. I went back and looked at the details of the agreement and they had the wrong date of sale! When I explained this to them (their mistake), Farid finally offered me HALF ($400) of my money back. I wasn’t happy with this as this was their error but I accepted. It has been 2 years of calling and emailing to get my refund as promised however my emails were constantly ignored and my phone calls dismissed. These guys run a dangerous, and illegitimate business - they try and sell unsafe cars to drive and rip off their customers. I have still yet to receive my $400 refund (which they promised in writing) 2 years later. The only good thing about the sale of the car was dealing with Andrei - he cooperated with me and let me take the car to a mechanic for a second opinion.

Overall I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car from this dealership, and if you do, be really careful about their shady and deceiving business practices.
