Bought a "new" Tuner from Partengine website and this Charlottetown location was the fulfilling vendor. Tuner that they sent was used and so far I'm still stuck with a used tuner.

Edit Action Cars and Trucks have since rectified this issue. Kudos to them for coming good on this customer service issue. I will not hesitate to do business with Action Trucks in the future and highly recommend

If you need stuff for your truck or van in my case... these guys are great. Matt is awesome to deal with and the guys here are so good at what they do. Everytime I walk in here there are people lined up to get their parts or place orders. They even install which I didn't know until I picked up my rims. I already had an appointment else were but I've been back a couple of times since and they are always ready to help you get just what you want. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

I wish I could give Action and John 10 stars! We were visiting PEI in a motorhome when the tow connection on the jeep failed. And of course it was Friday and we were scheduled to leave.

Great service. They even have financing available. I Was able to get a great deal on winter tires and an automatic starter without the stress of trying to save up for it. Easy finance options for everyone. The Quality of products is great and they can pretty much order anything In for you, within a decent amount of time.

Our business deals with Action on a weekly, sometimes daily basis. The staff is great and very knowledgable.

Last year we ordered a set of 20" wheels for a customer's vehicle. The wheels came in with a small blemish. Geoff, the manager, was quick to offer a very generous discount, or to reorder the wheels at a lower cost to me.

Very pleased with the professionalism. 5 stars all around.
