I had a faulty elbow shower Faucet that was just a couple of years old and it malfunctioned and started leaking. I contacted Ad Waters Toronto's customer service and described my issue. It was within the warranty period and they promptly replied to me and went out of their way to immediately send me a replacement. I highly appreciate their customer focused service and have won me as their loyal customer. Keep up the great work Ad Waters!

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by AD Waters.
I had a slow leak from the temperature regulation dial located in my bath/shower. The dial was distributed by AD Waters and is about 8 years. I contacted AD Waters by email to explain the situation. Their customer service representative Mike was exceptionally helpful. Despite the fact I had absolutely no documentation about their product, Mike was gracious enough to send me both a thermostatic cartridge and two check valves free of charge (they didn’t even charge me for courier shipping ). I had the plumber in today and he replaced the necessary parts and the leak has now been eliminated.
Bottom line: the customer service at AD Waters is outstanding.

Our Aquabrass Brio 71019 faucet started leaking from the cold water lever. I contacted A.D. Waters and even though the tap was 11 years old, its lifetime warranty was still valid. Within 4 days, Melissa Barbiero of the the A.D. Waters team verified the information we sent and was able to send us replacement cartridges. Excellent service to the A.D. Waters team! Now we just have to figure out how to open the taps to install the new cartridges!

Our Aquabrass thermo cartridge on our shower died and only cold showers were possible. We finally reached out to Melissa Barbiero at AD Waters, not being familiar with them, I didn't know what or how they could help. They were nothing short of fantastic. Our cartridge was 15 years old but Melissa was able to replace it at no charge. She and AD Waters are how ye olde businesses used to operated with nothing but the customer in mind. We are so grateful.

I have an Aquabrass thermostatic shower system that I just love. It is 11 years old. However, a year ago the water temperature started to become erratic. I called the place I purchased the unit from and they were unwilling and unable to help. For a year I ran around looking for help but got no where.
Finally I contacted AD Waters through their email portal, expecting yet another run around, but they answered me back within an hour! The next day they sent an email saying they will fix the problem under warranty and that the part is on the way....holy cow what amazing service!! Can't wait to have hot showers again...Thank you AD Waters, excellent excellent customer service.

I required assistance with a cartridge issue for my Aquabrass fixture and reached Vitaliy in customer service. I provided Vitaliy with my issues and fixture specifications. Within a few minutes he was able to determine the parts required and emailed me with a detailed response that my parts would be ready for pick up or would be shipped, if I preferred, that same day . He was professional, prompt and kind in his service. Thank you Vitaliy for providing me with a wonderful customer experience.
