I purchased the Jellycat wedding ring(this is the only place in Canada I found has it available at that time) as part of my proposal gifts to my girlfriend. Before ordering online, I called to confirm if it could arrive on time in Toronto. The staff was incredibly kind, congratulating me on the engagement and ensuring it shipped out the same day. It arrived right on schedule, and my girlfriend loved it—it became a memorable part of our special moment. I’m thrilled to say she said 'yes,' and she’s now my fiancée!

Very well kept gift shop lots of things to pick from for home decor, but considering it's very close to local communities, I was looking for local crafts like homemade goods but couldn't find many.

I stopped in years ago when it was Jennifer's, at that time it was more home decor. Now as Adora, there is a change of merchandise. Now it's mostly chi chi clothing & jewelry. There is no public washroom for customers, but they will direct you to the building next door.

The experience I have heard from both customers and staff here is unmatched. From customers being followed around in store and stared down from the staff. Along with staff members becoming completely silent with eachother when you enter the store, are they not allowed to speak to eachother? I've heard what appears to be the senior staff down talking and sending the new staff on a wild goose chase in the storage for items. Why can't they do it themselves? I heard today that they fired one of their new staff just hours ago, several days before Christmas. Simply because she was late for work. Amazing understanding on the owner's end LOL Apparently their staff members are not permitted to make simple mistakes or have emergencies that may delay them. I strongly implore seeking other establishments, and by the looks of the prices for products in the establishment, Amazon is a much cheaper solution for the same product.

Meh, didn't seem to be interested in finding a necklace that was showing in stock. Told me to order it online. Only problem is ordering online is 15 dollars shipping for a tiny $50 necklace.
