Wow! This place is service oriented. The boy purchased his scooter here last last year. We brought it in for service (dialed, new grip tape, butt ends and front pegs).

Bought my three year old his first scooter from them. They had excellent kids jr scooters available and were willing to cut down the bars on any of their other models while we waited also. Courteous, knowledgeable and an amazing selection. Couldn’t be happier.

Staff is the biggest asset to this store. Gold standard of service. I've never felt like a burden to them, and my children are not ignored by the staff but rather engaged with the staff. They also do not pressure you to buy anything and sometimes find cheaper or free ways to solve your problems. I don't know if there is a way to piss them off for I have not seen it.

Bought a great Scooter for my son 6 months back. Brought it in yesterday, the guy gave it a quick tune up within 5 minutes and didn't even charge me....Staff are always helpful in answering questions even for the over 40 crowd and don't look like you are boring them to death....
