I highly recommend shopping here if you need any appliances. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the owner was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed, at a great price. I was able to get quick delivery which was on time, friendly and professional.

Not even worth 1 star.
They sold me a laundry set and it was never delivered as they deal with the most unreliable delivery company I’ve ever experienced (MAPP LOGISTICS 👎).
Over 5 days of waiting for a scheduled delivery that never showed up. When I contacted them, “it wasn’t their problem” and offered zero solutions to keep a customer happy.
Karim is charming but clearly a thief and has incompetent staff also working for him.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT DO NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT!

Great experience at AAF this week. Range needed a sensor and after much research by myself and staff the part was ordered. Unfortunately ( no fault of myself or the store staff) the wrong sensor came. Thanks to Maizie and her tenacious spirit she went to work to fix the situation. Now that’s good customer service! 👍 To the staff at AAF THX! All of you deserve 10 gold ⭐️’s. ( Kareem that includes you 😉)

Airdrie Appliance and Furniture makes me feel like I’m back in a small town where everyone knew everyone and were always looking for ways to help each other. My husband and I visited Airdrie Appliance and Furniture in search of a dishwasher. We were greeted by Ritual. He was friendly, helpful, and informed. I learned a lot from him regarding various models of dishwashers. As the store was price matching other retail outlets we knew we were getting the best price. Once we settled on a dishwasher, I had a look at an induction range, almost on a whim as we really didn’t need one. Ritual was able to answer our questions but we decided to head into Calgary to have a look at more ranges. Later that day, Ritual called me and said he had spoken to the Owner who agreed to offer us an excellent price on the floor model we had seen in store. Unfortunately when we visited the store to look at the range again, we found a couple of scratches and dents on it. Even though these minor flaws wouldn’t impact the operation of the induction range, we decided not to proceed with the purchase. A short while later we received a call stating the Owner agreed to order us a brand new range for the same price as the floor model. We were thrilled with that and purchased it. The customer service we received was excellent. There was never any pressure and all of our questions were answered. You can’t go wrong with shopping locally and we will certainly be back. Thanks to Ritual and the staff for making our shopping experience so stress free.

First I'll share that I rarely write reviews of complaint rather, most of my reviews are of praise. I've even upgraded a review when the business tried to accommodate me.
After the experience I've had at Airdrie Appliance I feel compelled to share with others in hopes they'll avoid the business or Airdrie Appliance changes its ways!
I recently purchased a condo in Airdrie which needed an upgrade to all the appliances including laundry.
I'm a huge supporter of local business and thought Airdrie Appliance would be a good choice. The initial encounter was great, I felt I'd made the right choice.
Rather than waist your time on details I'll highlight the experience.
Waited all day for delivery and install of dishwasher and microwave/hood fan. No show. Picked up both myself. Microwave was used, with dried food on turntable and caulking on top. Replaced with floor model. Installed both myself.
Needed fridge handle switched to left hand, was told delivery people would do that.
Needed stacking washer dryer setup and hooked up, told delivery people would do that too at extra cost. No problem I would pay. Delivery folks showed up, can't do, showed me work order "Delivery only". It's Thursday they could come back Monday.
If Airdrie Appliance tries to accommodate me in some way I'll upgrade this review but, I don't have my hopes up though.
Update; Airdrie Appliance did reach out to me right away to try and help. Unfortunately it couldn't be done as scheduling didn't work. I really appreciated the effort and have raised my review from one star to three.

We have purchased our appliances here for 14 years. Karin and staff are professional, friendly, honest and the best people you could EVER do business with. There is not another store that would lend you an appliance until your special order arrived and is delivered. He has done this when our stove’s electronics failed and again today when our freezer compressor began to fail. Yes he did lend us a freezer so we have had to thawed food. Their prices are the best BUT THE SERVICE IS OITSANDING!
