I recently purchased a vehicle from Airdrie Truck and Auto, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the team was friendly, professional, and focused on helping me find the right vehicle for my needs. They listened carefully to what I was looking for and showed me a selection of trucks and autos that fit perfectly within my budget.

The sales staff, specifically Manbir and Khushbir were really friendly and portrayed excellent customer service.

If you're looking for a reliable, no-hassle car-buying experience, I highly recommend Airdrie Truck and Auto. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs!

Do not get a truck from here, they put bandaids on the trucks to so the check engine light is gone then sell it. I bought a diesel truck from them and this happened. Brought it to a prestigious diesel shop and they said the same thing. They even found a torn apart rag in the oil cooler which they said just the start. Do as you will but I extremely advise going elsewhere.

When here to look at there 2016 dodge Promaster, we worked out a price that we both agreed upon. After looking over the van again I noticed that all 4 tires need to be replaced, the driver mirror was smashed. So I asked if I could take it to my own machine for an inspection prior to signing off on it.

Once I got to my machine with in 5 minutes my machine found a lot of problems. The front end of the vans bumper had been zipped tied to be held up. All the break sensors had been cut off. The drive side mirror was completely smashed. The one side of the frame had been welded back together. All 4 tires needed to be changed. The transmission has no oil in it. The oil in the engine needed to be changed.

After bring the van back to this dealer I explained everything my machine had found. I was told that if I wanted time to fix it they could but it would cost me $5,000 dollars more on top of the price of we already agreed upon.

Beware of this dealer before buying your next company vehicle DOT will put you out of service in no time. They sell unsafe vehicles and don’t disclose what’s wrong with them or tell you what needs to be fixed because clearly they don’t fix them prior to selling them.

I really thought I'd found a decent honest dealership that would help me buy a decent truck. I invested a lot of my time in this dealership trying to find a truck that met my needs. With the market to the US bolstered due to the dollar difference it's not easy finding deals that make sense as the best ones are sent to the US.

I'd heard a lot of stories about the dangers of buying one ton diesel trucks so, after finally finding a truck that met my needs, I called Steve to ask if I could independently have the vehicle checked out.

I told Steve I was ready to sign an offer subject to independent inspection. Steve immediately got really angry and began accusing me of trying to pay less for the truck. I told him that was his assumption but had nothing to do with my call. I just wanted to have the truck independently checked out because if I did not I'd be accountable for any problems that I'd not taken reasonable steps to identify.

But Steve just wanted to be angry and argue. He began to accuse me of wanting to pay less than his asking price. He was really furious when he began ranting and raging about the price being fixed and not subject to discount. I kept telling him that I just wanted an independent inspection. Steve only wanted to act out his fear and kept accusing me of distrusting them and not taking their word that "it's a good truck".

Just a month before I put an offer on a truck but when it was sent to an independent diesel shop a tiny leak was found in the head gasket. A leak that would cost over 7k to repair.

Had I gotten saddled with that truck without independently verifying the integrity of the vehicle I'd have had a head gasket job to do within two years according to the mechanic.

Anyway all Steve wanted to do was argue with me and try to prove to me that I didn't trust him and much whining and anger directed at me. This proved to me that I should avoid this dealer. I

t so happened that a friend of mine who had been a car salesman for many years overheard my dialog with Steve and he advised me that something had to be wrong when a salesman would not write up a conditional offer subject to me independently checking out the vehicle.

My friend explained that getting an independent inspection is common practice and that any dealer who is angry about a customer wanting to independently verify the status of a vehicle should be avoided.

Thank you Steve for revealing, during the sales process, what it would be like to deal with your company. Usually businesses put their best foot forward in the sales process. If things go wrong during the sales process just imagine how tough it would be if the dealer gets angry with you AFTER you spent your money and the courts are your only recourse? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY or at least from Steve.
