I went in looking for a dress for a special event. I was greeted by both ladies working there. Beneta helped me shop, suggested outfits, and was very patient as I tried on almost 20 different dresses. Thanks for a great experience and the perfect dress for my occasion! My first time in this store.

I went into the store on Saturday Mar 23. The store had a few people wandering around. Lots of great items, but the two store clerks were very busy chatting about their family life, unpacking and steaming clothes at the front of the store. I did get a quick hello when I walked in, but thats where the service stopped. I tried on an item, but needed other sizing. In the 15 minutes I was there not once was I offered help. It's too bad because I really wanted items from the store. There are too many other stores who are wanting customers in their store and will to help a customer. I did find a great shoe store a few doors down- customer service was amazing!

Gotta message saying message for message for carol first we asked them to take us off there call list we couldn’t help doing a prank call two then weeks later my friend got another call in the middle of the night and left yet another message thanks for wasting our time and having fun if you cloud pay us for the hour we where on the line please do thanks yet again letting us have fun also she said “ you need to call 911 “ like come on where’s the service

I just last week went to my special clothing store Aldila! This is on the high side of women’s name brand fashions and once or twice a year I go to find one to four beautiful items!
Because I own an Aldila patron card it allows me 10% off total before taxes.
The major setback this day was , I used my patron card to receive a reduction on the full price spring/ summer jacket.Fine.
Next moment after the transaction was completed the lady told me that this is classified as a ‘final sale’‼️
I think I was in shock and because I had to get somewhere else quickly I left with my purchace without a word.
So my question to Aldila HQ is why did my $200+ jacket require it to be a final sale? I did not wear it home!!
Was this due to using the customer club card for a 10% discount?( never has been policy all the other 10 times of using it)
Please confirm your store policy in such a matter.

I want to thank Karen Cooper for her excellent customer service while I was shopping in the Kelowna Store at Mission Park. She was courteous, knowledgeable about inventory, and found garments that represented my style. Job well done!

My mother and I went to exchange a blouse today at the Mission Park Mall location in Kelowna. The two ladies running the store were extremely rude and unhelpful. When we were unable to find any item in my size, they suggested we point out any piece I might like and that they would check online for it. I pointed out numerous pieces only to be told EACH PIECE was “sold out for sure” or “doesn’t come in a size small.” The store refused to issue us a store credit to spend at a later time when more size options were available.
