I’ve purchased several items from this store over the years and was genuinely shocked by how dismissive and unprofessional the customer service was when a recent order arrived without the proper tags. I had ordered two items, both listed as new, but both arrived tagless — one of which was meant to be a gift. When I reached out, the response was condescending and unapologetic. The owner offered to send a recreated tag from a different item or expected me to gift something that clearly looked used. No return label was provided, even though she admitted the tags had fallen off in-store.

The store didn’t just fall short — it doubled down on bad service and blamed the discount pricing. I was offered a refund only if I paid return shipping out of pocket, and was told flatly, “you can do with this what you like.”

I won’t be shopping here again — not because of the missing tags, but because of the dismissive tone and complete lack of accountability. If you care about how you're treated as a customer, especially when gifting or investing in quality items, I’d recommend shopping elsewhere.

And for the record, this wasn’t the first time. Years ago, when they were selling Bryn Walker, they sent me the wrong pair of pants — and still demanded I pay for return shipping. That’s how long I’ve been a customer. But no more.

After posting my review, I received this email from the store:

“I’ve refunded you the pants. Donate them. Throw them away. Whatever you like. Don’t bother sending them back.”

This speaks for itself.

I want to be clear that at no point was I rude or aggressive. I asked for a return label after receiving items without tags — something the store admitted had happened on their end. I’ve supported this business for years and expected a basic level of professionalism.

Being called a “bully” for calmly requesting a solution is not only untrue — it’s disappointing and inappropriate. I stand by my experience and my review.

Regrets to the fullest that I have not discovered this gem 💎 store earlier. Must visit store !!!

If you are a huge fan of living and wearing ECO then this is the place to go. I can not describe how great the experience was visiting the store. The Owners of the store are lovely.

We haven’t even entered the store and the lovely staff welcomed us to come inside.

The Masks that they are selling are fantastic. They carry a variety of different fabrics that are of course ECO -Friendly 🌍

The prices are also very reasonable.

Can’t wait to visit you guys again !!! Thanks so much ❤️

Absolutely awesome store. You can get it all here and the ladies working were very kind and helpful. I love that you can refill shampoo, conditioners, soaps and body butters/lotions as well as other things in reusable containers so we don't have to keep buying plastic bottles. The clothes are expensive, but high quality, natural and renewable fibers. They've made a returning, regular customer out of me for sure. We need so many more stores like this!

This store has an incredible variety of products. All the staff are amazing. They are very helpful and so cheerful. I can be having an off day and leave that stire feeling like a million bucks. The best customer service and I love that they greet me by name when I enter the store!

I have been purchasing from ATBE for the past months- both for myself and gifts for friends. All products are great but for the one time when the pair of white shoes I purchased were mismatched in colour. I didn’t really notice this until I got to Hawaii. Upon return, I emailed them and was hoping the supplier brand can resolve this but instead, ATBE immediately issued me a refund. I no longer have my receipt but they were able to locate it on their system. I have worked retail for over 30 years and this type of service is rare nowadays and for them to instantly resolve the matter is impressive!

Ordered the Onyx SS Airtight containers, great addition to my camping food storage and cookware! One arrived damaged from the shipper, I called them and they had a replacement shipped the same day.

Fantastic customer service! I ordered something by mistake that I didn’t need, sent an email asking if we could change the order and received a response (which was yes!) almost immediately! Mentioned that when other items are back in stock I will definitely be a repeat customer and Cabree let me know they’ll check what colours I still need before placing their restock order!
