I've had the best experience at this store - literally the best customer service. I came in as a very new beginner, no idea about anything, and a lovely lady (I think her name was Elizabeth) helped me. She was so attentive, didn't bat an eye about my quirky requests, and made me feel very reassured.

This small store has done a wonderful job of carrying and displaying soooooo many yarns, as well as embroidery threads and kits, buttons, tools, accessories, etc. The person who helped me today was very pleasant. I had received a gift certificate and it was my first time in the store. I will be back!

This store is pretty amazing for their selection of yarn and other supplies. I love getting my safety eyes here and always find/learn something new. Everyone I have met in the store is super friendly and nice. It's one of my favorite local yarn shops.
