What an amazing group of people! Manon is a gem. Called her and explained what we were looking for. Took the time to send me some options. Went to view and picked out our new travel trailer. Nicole in financing was very knowledgeable and explained all warranty and financing options to us. Then there is Kirk who insured we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

The whole team at Allan Dale are just a pleasure to deal with. They make the purchasing experience very easy. Team work makes the dream work and they certainly are a great team who put customers first and actually listen.

The most fun I’ve ever had buying a trailer. Thanks to Kirk sales manager and Nicole finance manager and all the rest of the crew. Yes, I was a difficult customer. I changed my mind at least three or four times bought a trailer last year and they took it back and traded it in for the trailer I finally purchased Recently. They made everything happen so easily. They were very accommodating. They made sure that I was taking care of. The service is great. I love these guys. Also a big shout out to the guys in Red Deer. 🩷 I highly recommend going to see Kirk and the crew for all your Trailer needs. He won’t regret it. Happy trails everyone.😁🐴🤠

Do not place a deposit on a trailer from here! Placed a deposit on a trailer from the Edmonton location and upon arrival and viewing was told that the trailer will not be coming with a tv or a battery! Extra expense and hassle for no reason, pretty scuzzy sales tactic for spending over 30 grand on a used trailer, also unexpected issues with the trailer upon arrival after being told all about their diligent inspection process prior. 5* rating goes to Nick the technician for fixing the mechanical issues on the spot before we left with the trailer and being knowledgeable and easy to deal with! Anyways off I go to purchase a battery and a TV, happy camping.

Lost my 1.5 year old trailer to a big tree. Dealing with Allan Dale was a very enjoyable experience for the purchase of a new trailer. Extremely poor customer service and communication skills not a single person knows how to use a phone. Right down from the warranty team to the owner Alan. Owner doesn't take any accountability for the product he sells, and tries to wash his hands from any wrongdoing. Not a helpful person at all even after you spend over $140,000 on a trailer with his business. Greedy business owner, avoid this trailer sales company at all costs not worth the headache or stress or your time. When it comes to warranty it takes months and months and months for anything to get done with this dealership.

The service is in person and show you around kind. Manon is such a beautiful person that wants you to see EVERYTHING on the RV and explains all it has to offer.
