I had an excellent experience at Alpen Dental Clinic in Blackfalds, especially for my kids! The environment was so comfortable and inviting, making it not scary at all for them. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, which really put my children at ease. They explained everything in a way that made my kids feel relaxed and involved. The clinic is bright and cheerful, which helped create a positive atmosphere. I couldn’t have asked for a better dental experience for my family. Highly recommend!

Every visit with Alpen Dental is a pleasant experience. I am always greeted professionally and feel valued as a client. Kristen, at the front desk is very knowledgable and gets you answers immediately and even before you expect them! The communication is impeccable!!

Marley, my hygienist, communicated her every step with me so I was always comfortable. She asked me questions before she started my cleaning so she understood my issues and ensured I knew what to expect and what I should do if I had any concerns.

Not only do these guys have great staff working on your teeth, kids and adults combined. They have THE BEST front desk girl. Kristen is an absolute joy to deal with both in person and over the phone. She is quick knowledgeable and helpful. We love Alpen dental and highly recommend them.

I have had some really bad past experiences. Dr.Cook and April have given me back my peace of mind. They are helping me with major restorative work. I was previously told I had to loose all my teeth. I don't have to have any removed. If you need a great dentist and compassionate staff this is the place to come. I'm very picky and they genuinely care.

Went in to have a tooth pulled as my previous dentist said it needed to be done and $345 to pull it. I called Alpen and they put a filling on it for $108. I was very happy with how quickly I was in and out of there too. I didn’t feel like I was at a used car lot either where my previous dentist tried upselling me on everything. I will definitely be back there.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out here, they ignored me when I said I had an infection and it ended up so bad I was in the hospital because it spread up to my eye. I also got a filling done there, it was messed up so bad I needed a root canal. The amount of pain they leave their patients in is just ridiculous.
