Good and friendly people to deal with. Easy to contact via phone, txt and email. Reasonably priced for the location, size of storage and accessibility. When I vacated the unit they refunded my deposit and I didn't have to give a month notice, it was only days before my next payment date. I used both storage facilities (Morinville sea can yard and the RV storage yard off of highway 37) and both yards are great because of the 24/7 access through the gate and there are cameras for security. Never had anything damaged or stolen over the years that I used them. I would use this place again if I required storage services.

My husband and I rented a storage locker from Alta we had it for over 10 years they were very accommodating to our needs and the most reasonable prices very friendly and secure I would recommend Alta storage 100% you won’t regret it we didn’t thank you Alta storage 😁

Absolutely terrible. Twice the front gate has been broken and the only response from the company has been, "well obviously you can't access it now" and "we will send someone out, he is local so he won't take long". Well I have been waiting here for over an hour and no one has shown up. I'm paying far to much to NOT be able to access my unit at 3:00 pm on a Thursday.
