We could not have been luckier to have Aida as our florist and day-of-coordinator. Aida is extremely organized and her expertise in the wedding industry made planning so easy and helped us feel comfortable and confident leading up to our wedding.

She absolutely nailed the decor and executed the vision perfectly! Soo many guests complimented us on the beautiful table arrangements and how smoothly the event ran. We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out, and a good part of that was because of Aida's services. Words cannot begin to describe how thankful I am for Aida. I got EXTREMELY overwhelmed with the wedding planning process and decided to seek out the help of a day of coordinator. Little did I know she turned out to be so much more than that! I’m not the best at decorating and am the worst at making big decisions; so, I left all the decorating and florals in Aida’s hands. Thank goodness I did! I showed her a few inspo pictures from Pinterest and my wedding colours and she ran with it and nailed it! We had two different venues and she made them both look stunning. We say she was our fairy godmother but instead of turning a pumpkin into a carriage she turned a legion into a wedding hall. She spent so much time planning ways to make it look elegant and professional. You can see her passion in every small detail and flawless displays. I didn’t even notice all the small details included until we got our wedding photos back. She also thought of situations that would have never crossed my mind (e.g., things being in the background of photos) and went out of her way to fix it (which was extremely hard at the legion). You can tell she really cares for her clients and truly wants you to have the best day.

Not only did she help tremendously with décor, but also coordinated the entire wedding day. I can confidently say our wedding was flawless because of her. I barley saw or talked to her the day of my wedding and I didn’t have a worry in the world. I knew she was taking care of everything and I actually got to enjoy my day. She took care of EVERYTHING from the DJ, food trucks, setting up, tearing down, and so so much more. Of course there were some hiccups in the day (there always will be) but I didn’t have to fret over it because she had already taken care of everything before I even knew it existed. The amount of anxiety that was lifted from my shoulders thanks to her was worth every penny and so much more (my husband completely agrees; I was a nightmare before we hired her).

She is amazing to work with and will give you everything she has to make sure your day runs perfectly. She went above and beyond for us. I was able to enjoy my wedding without worry and truly had one of the best days of my life thanks to her <3

Not only is she professional to deal with, her beautiful touches on floral and decor is above the rest. She decorated my venue as if it was her own wedding. If you are looking for florals and decor, look no further. Aida is an absolute PLEASURE to have worked with for my wedding floral and decor vision!

I got married in November and wanted a colourful, autumn jewel-toned wedding. While shopping around, I spoke to numerous vendors and some were overwhelmed because at the time, my vision was a bit abstract. But Aida took it on.. and boy, did she DELIVER!! She was very thorough in her meetings, extremely easy to talk to, and did a FANTASTIC JOB! The photos speak for themselves.

In terms of Day-of Coordination, I did not get it. So here's how it went without Aida's services:

So, my wonderful DJ offered complementary day-of coordination in addition to her music AND MCing, which I felt was a lot for her, so I didn't expect too much. So I thought hey, I'm an organized bride with my wedding booklet, my labelled ceremony and reception bins (AND labelled the contents inside of these bins). I even assigned family and friends to specific tasks and handed out wedding manuals, you know, to avoid things getting missed. So, despite ALL of this, I still ended up missing three games, cocktail hour which I wanted to partake in, and opportunities to have specific photos with many special people. Also, many people were still coming to me for things, so it was a bit difficult to be present for the big parts of the night.

Aida and I spoke at length about what she could do, but I wanted to save a bit of money (which, in retrospect, when added to her package deals, it isn't very much), so if you have doubts about spending that extra bit on coordination, I say GO FOR IT to at least lessen the chances of you looking back and wishing for certain things to happen. You won't regret it!!

Aida was a key reason for our wedding day going as smoothly as it did. We hired Aida to do all our wedding décor and to be our coordinator for our wedding last month. I had a hard time putting my vision for what I wanted the day to look like into words but Aida was able to extrapolate from what I gave her and decorated our space beyond what I dreamed. Aida was highly communicative throughout the entire process and collaborated well with our venue. She went above and beyond our expectations and took care of anything that was needed on our wedding day. We would highly recommend Always Florals and Events to anyone looking for help on making your dream wedding day come to life!

Aida was my decorator and day of coordinator for my wedding this past summer. I can't recommend her enough. In a very stressful business Aida took away any worries I had and helped my wedding flow flawlessly.
Aida is an amazing decorator with a truely artistic eye. She took my inspiration pictures and gave me exactly what I asked for. Her communication was always very quick and I knew she understood my vision after our in person consultation. She sent pictures of her work so I could tweak anything I wanted to before the wedding. I also want to mention Aida luckily was able to takw me on as a last minute bride, but she never made me feel rushed. I also found Aida extremely well-priced. Every surface of our venue was decorated from the isles, to the cake. Considering everything we recieved I felt she was well priced. I especially liked keeping the bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages and I know my wedding party loved those keep sakes.
Not only is Aida an amazing decorator but I 100% recomend her as a day of coordinator. She took care of any problems that came up and made it so much easier for me to enjoy my day. She ran to my car to grab my flats after my feet started hurting, she safety pinned my dress after my strap had a malfunction. She helped me deal with other vendors and guests and was always there if I needed her for anything.
Overall, if you want a talented and professional decorator who will help your special day flow with the least amount of stress on you... Pick Aida!!
