I dropped by the grocery store and they got pretty much everything.
Actually, I would like to mention about corner Vietnamese take out restaurant!!
I usually order grilled beef banmi for my husband, brisket Pho noodle soup! Those two menu never disappoint me! So flavourful and nothing overpowering!!
Top of that, all staff are very friendly!
Next to the cash registers, there is eating area which is very good!
Highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant ~~

I love Ample. Is it perfect, no. But they have a fantastic selection of fresh produce from around the world. 10/10! You cannot smell Durian any longer when you walk in which is great!

Some Advice: Check best before dates on frozen items, fresh meats and seafood. I would recommend buying from the in store butcher or seafood shop instead. This is not the place to buy staples like milk and bread.

Great selection of non perishables.

Hot table is fantastic! Sushi is amazing! Haven’t tried the bakery, but they have a great selection of delicious looking baked goods.

They have a great year round garden area, with affordable plants and flowers ?

Love this place, staff are always friendly and professional!

Wide aisles, easy to navigate buggy cart thru.
Large varieties of food selections.
Many items have lower price compared to other grocery stores in the same area.
We definitely shop here more often.

I shop here almost every day for lunch because of proximity to work. Today I stopped in to grab something quick after the dollar store and was told by security I couldn't enter unless I left my bag. There were no guarantees if my items went missing so I left. I have given lots of business to this store and I come in nearly every day, but I will be conducting business elsewhere moving forward.

Apparently there is a bag check at this store I’ve been going a couple of years whenever I’m in the area, never had this problem before. I had my headphones in and was browsing through the snacks until security approached me and told me they need to keep bags behind the counter. I didn’t understand this. I had reusable shopping bags of groceries I bought prior. I’ve always walked in with my bags no problem before. I didn’t have a car with me, I was waiting for my ride because I’m pregnant. I told security I was just browsing and he continued to follow me around the entire store and said they need to keep my bags incase I was stealing. Now, in this case, if they kept all of my bags how was I able to pay for my items then? Mind you, I noticed a few other patrons coming in and none of their bags were checked. Thank you Ample for stressing out a young pregnant woman while she was just browsing in a grocery store she once enjoyed. Don’t support this business that treats their customers like criminals.

I'm going to get this out of the way early. As soon as you walk in there is an unpleasant odour. It seems to linger only near the entrance, which is unfortunate. Other than that, there is quite a lot to like about this place.

Great selection of teas, noodles, sauces, snacks and stuff. Dairy selection is not great, but good selection and prices on eggs. Produce can be kind of hit and miss. The selection of seafood is impressive but predictably, also a bit on the smelly side.

The real treat: The take out food. The combo special for $10 is fantastic. This place is totally worth a visit.

Don't buy food in this store. You will have diahrrea, vomiting, sweating and fever. Even noodles smell like expired food, the same about pork, shrimps and vegetables. Don't put your health in danger. The staff at customer service is disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.
