Poor customer service, my daughter like a dress and we asked if she can try and they start laughing and not sure why the laugh, the dress didn’t come in her size so we asked if we can order it and we they said no cause it will be way more expensive 😐. Just decided to leave with a very bad impression. Never coming here again

Today I went to this store with my daughter to get her grad dress. And the owner of the store was very rude and very arrogant. The prices of the dresses are extremely sky rocketing, I brought better dresses and better prices from different stores. Don’t go to this store because this guy has no manner and idea of how to talk to his customs. The reason because I asked him to let my daughter try a dress and said I had to book an appointment, but didn’t because I had no appointment and there was no one in the store. If anyone wants to buy dresses for anyone, there is better customer services and stores available.

so me and my little sister went in to look for prom dresses. my fault that i will admit is missing the sign that said to finish food and drinks outside the store, i had a small piece of dry bread that had a bite left of. and the lady told me to finish outside which i agreed because of course that’s on me.

however, she told my sister she wasn’t allowed to try any dresses on and to come back with our mom? i told the lady i would be the one buying the dress clearly because our mom was not with us. but she was very adamant about not being able to try on anything unless our mom was here. i didn’t bother arguing so we just left.

i’m just really confused at her behaviour? was it because i came in with bread? i did not make a fuss about having to leave the store to finish which took a few seconds. does she suddenly have a personal vendetta over a piece of bread is this a store policy? i’ve never heard of a place denying someone from trying on a dress because their mother wasn’t around. i never thought i would be the type to say this, but they really lost a potential customer. but considering i never see this place full of customers and they’re some how still in business, it doesn’t seem like they’ll be missing out.

so if you’re a young teenager wanting to look for a dress here, make sure you come with your very adult guardian, other wise you won’t be allowed to try anything on.

I hardly write negative reviews but WOW the owner of the store was very rude. Apparently trying on dresses is by appointment only but there was no one in the store except myself and family and I asked if it's possible to try on a dress for a special occasion. He said "we only want people that will buy the dress to try it on" ? Will never go back and do not recommend.

close ur shop bro. This owner is so annoyingly rude, and kicks his customers out. My Mom, sister and I went to go find my bridesmaid dress, and while i was trying on my second dress that i picked out, he came to all of us saying we are not allowed to wear the dresses. Even though his saleswoman TOLD US WE CAN. Horrible communication with customers and workers.

we went to 2 more stores to look for some heels and earrings, and while we were at these stores, THE SAME OWNER came in to say "hi" to the other owners. Coincidence? Hell no.
THE OWNER FOLLOWED US TO BOTH STORES we went to.

This "An Style" dress shop is the modt horrible shop ive ever been to. (And ive been there TWICE.) Please dont go here, save urself from this mentality ill owner.

(owner if u see this you should DEFINITELY go out of business and retire or something 😁😁😁).

I had a bad experience with the sales lady today. I bought 2 sweatpants and paid cash. I just asked if there's still tax if i pay cash and she was frowning at me, u cant imagine how her face looks like. This is not the right attitude of a saleslady if u want to have customer. Always smile to attract customers ok. If theres 0 ill give zero review.

Great choice of dresses! Losts of styles and colousrs!
But the owner does nor allo to try more than a few unless you assure him you are buying.
The most of the dresses are $300 and up.
To buy them without trying each model you like is not acceptable. Poor customer sevice!

My friend a single mother of 2 that work many hours struggled to purchase on dress at a cost of $350 for a very imporant formal event in her Daughters life. After purchasing this formal dress it has not been worn and has been wrapped for safety of damage before this event is taking place. Just two weeks before the the imporant event the dress was fitted one more time and a sever defect was seen when taken back to the place of purchase the owner refused to fix the defect and caused a very upsetting scene for her. I strongly believe that this problem should have been attended to and the problem taken care of. Now she is unable to afford alterations to the defect and is at a loss of $350 for a very poor quality formal garment. This is wrong and no honor for there business or respect for the customer. Its very sad to see a single mother work so hard and provide for this special event and the owner have no compassion or honor for the clothing they offer there customer. Its disturbing and a disgrace...
