I had a great experience living in two of their bachelor units for two years. The management was professional, responsive, and easy to reach whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Any maintenance issues were handled promptly, which made my stay comfortable and hassle-free.

I am an exterminator in this company's buldings and I have worked there for a long time. They care about their tenants and if any problems arise they are immediately dealt with. Staff is friendly and cooperative.

They took $132 from me when I moved out and said that they are putting cleaning charges for their next tenant on me and the old tent ant (despite the fact that I cleaned the unit prior to leaving and had not damaged anything within the unit). They find anyway once you are leaving to squeeze you for as much money as they can get and the property manager Jake is the most unethical person I have ever dealt with in that position.
